【Abstract】 In the present paper, three anesthetic methods including acupuncture combined with peridural anesthesia of small dose of anesthics used in subtotal gastrectomy are introduced. Changes in SCE (sister chromatid exchange) contents of RNA and DNA and RNA/DNA before, during and after operation are measured in 14 patients.
