干旱对不同耐性玉米品种光合作用及产量的影响
Effect of Drought on Photosynthesis and Grain Yield of Corn Hybrids with Different Drought Tolerance
【摘要】 3个不同耐性玉米(Zea mays L.)品种豫玉3号、豫玉1号和新黄单85-1,在生育中后期遭受干旱胁迫7天后,产量均明显降低,其中以开花期干旱减产幅度最大。品种之间以不耐旱品种新黄单85-1产量下降最严重。干旱处理后,各品种单株叶面积减少,干物重降低,雌穗发育不良。叶片的光合作用随水分胁迫的加重迅速降低,叶绿素含量明显减少,叶肉细胞的超微结构遭到不同程度的损伤。
【Abstract】 Afetr 7 days water stress at booting, flowering and filling stages respectively, the grain yield got decreased for the three corn hybrids with different drought tolerance, and the severest drought injury occured at flowering stage treatment. The drought-susceptible Xinhuang-dan 85-1 lost the most grain yield for all the three stage treatments. After the plants were exposed to drought for7 ds, leaf area and dry biomass of plants decreased, ears could not develop well. With the strenthening of the water stress, the photosynthesis of leaves fell rapidly, the chlorophyll contents in leaves decreased apparently and the structure of chloroplastids was damaged to varying degree.
