光周期对大豆叶片内源激素含量及其平衡的影响
Photoperiodic Effects on the Amount and Balance of Endogenous Hormones in Soybean Leaves
【摘要】 选用生育期不同的3个品种,采用酶联免疫检测技术(ELISA),研究了开花前和开花后光周期处理对大豆叶片内源激素含量及其平衡状况的影响。结果表明,短日照与长日处理相比,脱落酸(ABA)含量显著上升,赤霉素(GA1-3)含量及GA/ABA比例明显下降,细胞分裂素(DHZR,二氢玉米素核苷)有下降趋势,生长素(IAA)的变化不大。短日下GA和IAA含量负相关,GA与ABA正相关,长日下IAA与DHZR负相关;DHZR与ABA在长日和短日下均呈极显著正相关。不同品种及开花前和开花后激素的变化趋势基本一致。作者提出,在大豆光周期反应过程中,促进激素间通过此消彼长的变化,保持总量的相对稳定;促进激素与抑制激素含量的同趋势消长维持体内激素水平的相对平衡,两类激素,特别是GA和ABA的平衡状况在大豆光周期反应中起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Three representative varieties belonging to different Maturity Groups were chosen and the ELISA was used to study the photoperiodic effects on the endogenous hormonal amount and their balance in soybean leaves before and after flowering(R1). The results showed that abscisic acid (ABA) was higher in short days(SD) than in long days(LD) but gibberellic acids(GAl+3), GA/ABA and dihydrozeatin ribosides (DHZR, one group of cytokinin) were lower in SD. and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA) was not greatly affected. In SD, GA was negatively correlated with IAA and was positively correlated with ABA. IAA was negatively correlated with DHZR in LD. DHZR was positively correlated with ABA both in SD and LD. The changes mentioned above had similiar trend in different varieties or developmental stages. We proposed that, in the development of soybean plant, the total amount of growth promoting substances was kept relatively stable by the opposite changes of corresponding hormones, and a relative balance between growth promoting substances and growth inhibitors was maintained. The hormonal balance , especially the ratio of GA to ABA, played important roles in photoperiodic responses of soybean.
