栽培大麦92个品种的染色体N带带型多态性的研究

【摘要】 对来源于世界9个国家和地区的92个栽培大麦品种的染色体N带带型作了比较分析,发现N带带型存在多态性。第1染色体有5种类型N带带型(1A~1E),第2染色体有6种(2A~2F),第3染色体有8种(3A~3H),第4、第6染色体各有3种(4A~4C、6A~6C),第5有4种(5A~5D)。第7有2种(7A、7B)。92个品种中N带带型有59种,有基本带型(1A、2A、3A、4A、5A、6A、7A)的品种占11.96%。对染色体N带带型与品种来源地的关系作了讨论。

【Abstract】 The N-banding patterns in ninety-two cultured barleys (Hordeum vulgare L. ) from various regions of the world were investigated by the N-banding techniques. The polymor-phiism of the N-banding patterns was widespread. Two different banding pattern variants existed in chromosomes 7, and three in chiomosome 4 and 6, four in chromosome 5, five in chromosome 1, six in chromosome 2, and eight in chromosome 3. total of 59 different N-banding patters has been found. The varieties with common basic N-nanding pattern (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A) accounted for 11. 96% of studied barleys, the relation-ships between N-banding pattern and geographical region were discussed.
