【Abstract】 The chrono-pharmacokinetics of Zhitongling tablets was studied. Sixhealthy men took 500mg orally at different time (12: 00, 0: 00). The urine samples were detected by UV spectrophotometry. The data were treated by PKBP-N1 program. The results showed that this drug was one-compartment model and CP, TP and AUC were nodifferent statistially on chrono-pharmacokinetics.更多还原
