【Abstract】 The authors adhere to the physical training method and class structure,explore new methods suitable for the modern class teaching structure of the track and field,on the basis of the courses offered in physical department of normal universities and colleges and teaching program,and also make experiments on whether they are feasible.The result shows that the adaptation of the selected class teaching structure can improve the quality of developing student′s skills.The authors provide new ways of thinking for the reform of the track and field teaching in physical department of normal universities and colleges.更多还原
