【Abstract】 One strain of virus was isolated from ovary and oviduct of laying chickenflocks which had postive EDS-76 HI antibody by means of innoculating duck embryochorioallantoic sac in Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi Province.The virtis was identified asEDS-76 virtis by HA and HI tests,the observation under electronic microscope,the sen-sitivity test to ether and chloroform,the identification test to nucleic acid type and chal-lenge test,which proved that the disease had been prevaling in shaanxi.更多还原
