【摘要】 本试验利用正交设计，对杜仲细根（直径＜０．７ｃｍ）进行了室内扦插育苗试验。结果表明：杜仲细根萌苗的形成和生长与插根的粗度、长度及扦插基质关系密切。粗度０．３～０．７ｃｍ，长度７～１０ｃｍ的细根在适宜的条件下具有较强的萌苗能力，粗度＜０．３ｃｍ，长度＜７ｃｍ的细根部分可形成愈伤组织，但难以成苗更多还原

【Abstract】 The sprouting characteristics of the rootlets ( d <0.7cm) of Eucommia ulmoides were studied by means of orthogonal design. The results showed that sprout and growth of root suckers are intimately related to the diameter and length of cuttings and also to the cutting substrate. Under suitable conditions the rootlets with diameters of 0.3～0.7cm, and lengths of 7～10cm are easily to sprout, otherwise, instead of sprouting, the thinner and shorter rootlets form callus.更多还原
