FANUC7数控系统的DNC实现
On DNC System Involving Different Types of NC Machine Tools
【摘要】 在对FANUC7等系统I/O接口分析的基础上,设计了一种实用、方便的智能DNC机床接口和DNC通讯网络系统,可以实现DNC中央计算机与机床计算机数控等技术(CNC)系统间和远距离程序及其它数据的传输功能和DNC管理功能,机床智能接口由8031单片机系统组成,DNC系统能够完成10台以上CNC机床的监控和管理工作,为实现计算机分布式数控系统(DNC)和为计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)打下基础。
【Abstract】 In order to raise greatly the production efficiency of different types of NC machine tools imported in the eighties, we have studied how to apply DNC (direct numerical control) to this situation. In this paper, we propose making an important addition, which is an intelligent interface, to existing BTR (behind tape reader) to achieve our aim.This important addition is shown schematically in Fig. 3. It allows the performance of the following three functions:1. Real -time control of information can be achieved.2. Conversion from serial to parallel information is made possible. Signals needed for operating tape reader can be simulated.3. As many as ten CNC machine tools can be monitored and managed.Besides the above-mentioned intelligient interface; we develop necessary softwares to convert separate NC machines into a coordinated DNC system. Production efficiency greatly rises because DNC system can perform the following functions:1. NC programmes can be transmitted to NC machine tool by computer with much higher efficiency than via previously existing ways of transmission.2. Revised NC programmes can be stored in system computer.3. NC programme buffer can be provided to support on-line operating.4. NC machine tools can be monitored.5. Real-time communication can be implemented.
