【摘要】 为研究血浆结合珠蛋白表现型（Ｈａｐｔｏｇｌｏｂｉｎｐｈｅｎｏｔｙｐｅ，Ｈｐ）与少年儿童盐敏感性（ＳｏｄｉｕｍＳｅｎｓｉｔｉｖｉｔｙ，ＳＳ）及其动脉血压的关系，对汉中心血管病防治区经５年随访，年龄１０～１５岁的血压偏高（ＨＢＰ）及年龄、性别配对的血压正常对照组（ＮＢＰ）共３００例少年儿童，用聚丙酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法测定血浆结合珠蛋白表现型，口服盐水负荷法测定盐敏感性。结果显示：①无论ＨＢＰ组或ＮＢＰ组，Ｈｐ１－１型少年儿童呈盐敏感性者显著多于Ｈｐ２－１型（Ｘ２＝２０．２２，Ｐ＜０．０１）及Ｈｐ２－２型（Ｘ２＝１５．７８，Ｐ＜０．０１）；②Ｈｐ１－１型少年儿童盐负荷后血压上升幅度显著大于Ｈｐ２－１型（Ｐ＜０．０５）及Ｈｐ２－２型（Ｐ＜０．０１）；③随访５年，Ｈｐ各亚型组间平均动脉压无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示盐敏感性与血浆结合珠蛋白表现型相关联，Ｈｐ１－１型可作为盐敏感性的标志；血压的改变尚有待环境因素（钠）的长期作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the relationship between plasma haptoglobin phenotype(Hp)、sodium sensitivity(SS)and arterial blood pressure has been focused.In the present study,based on 5-year follow-up,150 childen aged 10～15 years old with higher blood pressure(HBP)and matched for agesex children with normal blood pressure(NBP) were measured for plasma haptoglobin phenotype by means of disc electrophoresis with polyacrylamide gel and sodium sensitivity by tests of oral saline load and furosemide sodium-volume depletion.The results showed:(1)Both HBP and NBP children with Hp1-1 were significantly more likely to be sodium sensitivity than those with Hp2-1(OR=3.26,P<0.01)or Hp2-2(OR=3.42,P<0. 01>;(2)In children with Hp1-1,the blood pressure (MBP) increasing rate of post-load was much higher than that in children with Hp2-1(P<0.05)、Hp2-2(P<0.01);(3)A five-year retrospective review of blood pressure, no variation was found between the group Hp1-1、Hp2-1 and Hp2-2( P>0.05).These suggest that there is the relationship between heptoglobin phenotype and sodium sensitivity in children and that sodium is an important environment factor in the development of hypertension.更多还原
