析湿正弦波纹翅片管束的热质交换特性研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON HEAT/MASS TRANSFER AND PRESSURE DROP FOR DEHUMIDIFYING SINUSOID FIN AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER
【摘要】 采用实验研究的方法,测定了正弦波纹翅片管束在析湿条件下的换热和阻力特性,得出了影响因素和供设计选用的关联式,揭示了αDeρcp/αod比值不仅与Le数有关还与(s/d3)有关.Colburn的热质比拟关系对2排管束基本上符合,对3排以上的管束不再适用
【Abstract】 The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of sinusoid fin and tube heat exchanger are investigated experimentally for dehumidifying case. Parametric studies are performed to reveal the factors affecting heat and mass transfer, and heat transfer and pressure drop correlations are obtained. It is found that apart from Lewis Number, the ratio of α De ρc p/α od is dependent upon s/d 3. In addition, the Colburns analogical relation agrees with the test data of two row banks fairly well, while it is not valid for the banks with 3 or more tube rows.
