基于TPN的柔性装配系统建模及其动态性能分析
TIMED PETRI NET BASED MODELING OF FLEXIBLE ASSEMBLY SYSTEM AND ANALYSIS OF ITS DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS
【摘要】 以某真空开关厂的柔性装配系统为分析对象,建立了系统的延时Petri网(TPN)模型,对系统的动态性能进行了仿真分析和定量计算,并对系统中的工位分配方案、操作与运输时间及作业控制策略等进行了优化.文中提出的模型和分析方法对柔性装配系统(FAS)的设计和研究具有普遍的借鉴意义
【Abstract】 The modeling and analysis of the Flexible Assembly System(FAS) of a vacuum plant was studied.The Timed Petri Net(TPN)modeling mithod was applied to establish the system model.and the dynamic characteristics of the system were emulated and quantitatively calculated.Also,using the modeling and analyzing method,the scheme for assigning the number of operation places,operating and conveying times and works control tactics were optimized.The modeling and analyzing method can provide general reference to the study and design of Flexible Assembly Systim.
