【Abstract】 There exist some problems in the research on trace fossils at present, i. e., the concept being not unitary, content being diverse, and classified naming not coinciding with the real fossils. This paper deals mainly with concept, content, classification and naming of the trace fossils. And a new classification scheme including Grade, Category, Form, Type, Mould, and Kind in decending order for the trace fossils is put forward.更多还原
