【摘要】 检测３１例急性脑血管病患者脑脊液锌铜铁镁含量。结果表明：脑出血组脑脊液锌正常，铜铁升高，镁降低；脑梗塞组脑脊液锌镁降低，铜升高，铁正常。两组之间锌铁差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。提示检测脑脊液锌铁有助于脑血管病的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentrations of the trace elements in the cerebrospinal fluid were determined in 31 patients with stroke,In the CSF of paticnts with hemorrhagic stroke zinc was normal,copper and iron were increased and magnesium was decreased ,In the CSFof patients with ischmic stroke zinc and magnesium were decreased,copper was increased and iron was normal, It is suggested that determining concentrations of zinc and iron in the CSF will help differential didgnosis of stroke.更多还原
