对步进开环数控机床改进的三点试验研究
Three Aspects of Experimental Research on the Improvement of Stepped Open-Loop Numerical Control Machine Tool
【摘要】 本文对步进开环数控机床系统难以适应现代生产要求,提出以下三种改进构思:1.采用微机作为系统的位置及速度调节器;2.以半闭环系统取代步进开环系统;3.取脉宽调制放大器作为伺服系统的输出级.通过系统的研制及试验,达到预期效果.
【Abstract】 Based on the modern manufacturing requirements of the system of stepped open -loop NC machine tools, this paper provides the following three kinds of improvements: firstly, a micro-compater is applied as the regulator of position and speed of the system; secondly, a half closed-loop system take place the stepped open-loop system; and lastly, a pulse wide modulation amplifier is used as the output stage of the servo - system. After studying the system and doing some tests, the expected results have been obtained.
