缺血性脑血管病患者红细胞变形能力与红细胞膜脂质成分和PAF-AH活性关系研究
Correlation of Erythrocyte Deformability with Lipid Composition and Platelet Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase Activity of Erythrocyte Membrane in Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
【摘要】 检测67例缺血性脑血管病(ICD)患者红细胞变形能力(ED)和红细胞膜脂质成分及PAF-AH活性变化,并探讨其间的相互关系。结果显示,ICD患者红细胞滤过指数(IF)较对照组明显增高(P<0.001);红细胞膜胆固醇(Ch)、丙二醛(MDA)和胆固醇/磷脂(Ch/PL)比值明显增高,而膜PL含量和PAF-AH活性明显降低,与对照组相比,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001)。ICD患者红细胞IF与膜Ch、MDA和Ch/PL呈正相关,与膜PL和PAF-AH活性呈负相关。提示ICD病人ED降低与红细胞膜脂质成分异常和PAF-AH活性降低有关。
【Abstract】 The erythroeyte deformability(ED) and lipid composition and platelet acti vating factor acetylhydrolase(PAF-AH) activity of erythroeyte membrane were measured in 67 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICD), and the effects of lipid composition and PAF-AH on ED Were inquierd. The erythroeytefilteration index (IF) was higher significantly in ICD patients than that in control (P<0.001); thecontents of cholesterol (Ch), malonyldialdehyde(MDA) and cholesterol/phospholipid(Ch/PL) of erythroeyte membrane were significantly higher than that in control (P<0.001), but content of PL and PAF-AH activity of erythrocyte membrane were lower than that in control (P<0.001). In ICD group, the erythrocyte IF was positively correlated with the contents of Ch, MDA and Ch/PL ratio of erythrocyte membrane, there was negatively cor- relation of IF with PL content and PAF-AH activity. These results indicated that decreasing of ED in ICD patients was related to the abnormalities of lipid composition and decreasing of PAF-AH activity of erythrocyte membrane.
