【Abstract】 The aim of present study is to assess the pathological changes of endotheliurn in intrahepatic and extrahepatic portal vein of cirrhotic patients (n=30)with Masson trichrome stain and morphological observation. The obvious damage to endothelium, thrombosis and reconstruction of the portal vein were found. The results show the tight relationship between endothelium damage of portal vein and portal hypertension.更多还原
