【Abstract】 A mutant UDP 1 - 2 of leucomycin producer--Streptomyces Kitasat oensis was isolated which was showed resistance to phosphate and produced. more leucomycin when the parent strain was treated by UV and isolatedby selection on high concentraction of phosphate plate.
