【Abstract】 in this study, a primary component of Glucoamylase was purified by extraction, ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-cellulose 52 chromatography, purity examined by PAGE was shown by the presence of a single band. In the presence of different concentrations of Ca2+,iodoacetic acid or urea, circular dichroism spectra and nuorescence spectra of this component were measured. In the experiment conditions, each ligands could change the conformation of this component. These results could offer some important information about the conformation of this component.更多还原
