【摘要】 报道了用胶体金免疫电镜技术检测戊型肝炎病毒（ＨＥＶ）的方法。实验采用１０ｎｍ胶体金标记纯化兔抗鼠ＩｇＧ制备了免疫胶体金探针试剂。用本法从戊型肝炎患者粪便提取物中检出ＨＥＶ呈球形，直径３２±５ｎｍ。此方法具有快速、灵敏、直观等特点，在ＨＥＶ生物学性质研究中，有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 this paper reports that the method of colloidal gold immunoelectronmicroscopy was used to detect hepatitis E virus (HEV).In this system,10nm colloidal gold labeled rabbit anti mouse IgG (RAMIgG) which was used as immunoprobe.HEV particles were detected from stools of HE patients is spherical,the diameter is 32±5 nm.The method has the distinguishing features of simplicity,rapidity,sensitivity and directly perceived through the senses.It is practical and applicable in research of HEV biological character.更多还原
