数字PID调节器中的无扰动切换设计
Bumpless Transfer Design in Digital PID Controller
【摘要】 介绍了一种用软件实现PID调节器无扰动切换的方法,将此方法应用于复杂的过程控制系统中,可简化系统的结构、手动与自动的切换和反馈回路的投入与切除,提高系统的可靠性,并使系统的工程应用简单易行。
【Abstract】 A method of using software to design a bumpless transfer of PID controller is introduced in this paper. By using this method in complex process-control systems, it will be possible to simplify its structure, its automanual transfer and its "on" and "off" of the cascade control feedback loops, thus ensuring more secure operation of the whole system. This method is readily to be implemented in engineering practice.
