一种计算六方系晶格常数的新方法
A New Method of Calculating Lattice Constants for Hexagonal System
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种利用外推函数计算六方系晶格常数的新方法。以减少因仅用少数几条(hko)和(00l)衍射峰数据计算其晶格常数带来的误差。
【Abstract】 A new method of calculating lattice constants for hexagonal system by using extrapolation functions is introduced in this paper,so that it can be reduced to the calculation errors of lattice constanis brought from using few data of (hko)and (00l)diffraction peaks.
