【Abstract】 A method of WRS (Whthout Relation to the X -ray diffraction line Shape) was employed to determine the variations of lattice parameters of Ti3Al alloys. The experimental results show that the method is simpler and more accurate in precisely determining the lattice constants under the condition of broadened diffraction profiles.更多还原
