黑曲霉发酵橡子生产柠檬酸
ULTILIZING ACORNS TO PRODUCE CITRIC ACID BY ASPERGILLUS NIGER
【摘要】 将橡子仁粉碎后,经酸水解、中和及滤洗制成发酵用糖液,接入黑曲霉新菌株HA608,并加入2.0%~4.0%的产酸促进剂B,发酵生产柠檬酸.糖液浓度为10%~12%时,发酵周期120~130h,转化率110%以上
【Abstract】 Acorn kernels are grinded into powders,hydralysed by acid,neutralized,filtered, washed,and finally a kind of hydrolysed syrup is madeforfermentation.Thehydrolysed syrup inoculates with new strain Asp.niger HA608.2.0% ̄4.0% of promotive agent B is added into syrup to produce citric acid.When the sugar condensation of the syrup reduced to 10% ̄12%,the fermentation time cycle is 120 ̄130 hours and the invert ratio of the total sugar into acid is above 110%.
