β-CD及CPB对Zn(Ⅱ)-TAPP显色反应的影响

【摘要】 系统研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)及溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)对Zn(Ⅱ)-TAPP显色反应的影响.β-CD,CPB单独使用时对体系均有一定的增敏、增稳作用,两者组合则表现为明显的协同增敏、增稳作用.探讨了该作用可能的机理.提出了高灵敏度测定痕量锌的分光光度新方法.应用本法于人发。铝合金等试样中锌的测定,回收率及方法对照结果令人满意.

【Abstract】 The effects of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and cetyl pyridine bromide (CPB) on thecolour reaction of Zinc (Ⅱ) with α,β,γ.δ-tetrkis (4-trimethylammoniumphenyl) porphyrin(TAPP) and their machanism were studied. In the reaction,both β-CD and CPB used separately can cause sensitizing effect and stability for the whole system. When they are on thedevelopment system at the same time.β-CD and CPB will have synergistic sensitizing effectand stability obviously. Base on this new discover,a new spectrophotometry which has highsensitivity is presented and has been used to determine micro Zinc in some samples with satisfactory results.
