PZT 95/5型铁电陶瓷复合烧结研究
Study on Compound-Sintering of PZT 95/5 Type Ferroelectric Ceramic
【摘要】 本文研究了PZT05/5型铁电陶瓷的复合(层叠)烧结,Nb2O5添加剂含量不同的两组份层叠形成的复合材料之间存在一个扩散界面层,组成间Nb含量浓度梯度差值越大;扩散界面层厚度越大.理论分析表明,烧结工艺对扩散界面层厚度也有一定的影响,烧结温度越高,保温时间越长,扩散界面层厚度越大.
【Abstract】 The compound-sintering of PZT 95/5 type ferroelectric ceramics was investigated. The results show that therc exists a diffusion interface layer between different compositions. The thickness of diffusion interface layer increases with increasing concentration difference of niobium. The theory analysis shows that sintering processing effects on the thickness of diffusion interface layer, which increases with increasing sintering temperature and prolonging sintering time.
