【摘要】 在Ｓｉ－Ａｌ－Ｏ－Ｎ系统中，研究了β＇－Ｓｉａｌｏｎ－１２ＨＡｌＮ多型体自补强复相陶瓷，利用气压烧结工艺制备了致密的β＇－Ｓｉａｌｏｎ－１２ＨＡｌＮ多型体材料．研究结果表明，材料的主晶相是β＇－Ｓｉａｌｏｎ－１２ＨＡｌＮ多型体，晶界是由合Ｌａ－Ｓｉ－Ａｌ－Ｏ－Ｎ的玻璃相和微量的结晶相组成更多还原

【Abstract】 In Si-Al-O-N system, β’-Sialon-12H AlN polytypoid of self-reinforced multiphasc ceramics was studied. Dense β’-Sialon-12H AlN polytypoid materials were fabricated by GPS. The results obtained show that the main crystalline phases of the materials arc β’-Sialon and 12H AlN polytype, the composition of the grain-boundary is glassy phase of La-Si-Al-O-N and minor crystalline phase.更多还原
