【摘要】 热等静压(HIP)是一种先进的陶瓷致密化工艺.木文简要介绍了HIP设备,着重综述了HIP工艺(主要是HIP烧结和HIP后处理)在工程陶瓷应用中所取得的研究结果,最后概括了HIP工艺及设备的最新进展.

【Abstract】 Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) is an advanced technology to fabricate dense ceramic components. In this paper, several typical HIP equipments are briefly described and many applications of HIP technology in engineering ceramics are particularly reviewed. Additionally, the recent developmints of HIP technology and equipment are summarized.
