激光气相合成氧化铁超细粉
Syntheses of γ-Fe2O3/Fe2O3 Ultrafine Powders by Laser Induced Vapor-Phase Reaction Method
【摘要】 本文采用激光气相反应法,以脉冲CO2激光器为光源、Fe(CO)2/O2为反应物,合成了Fe2O3超细粉,并发现制备的γ-Fe2O3超细粉呈规则的正多边形晶体,研究了该粉体生成的条件和特性,本法具有良好的工业应用前景。
【Abstract】 ?Fe2O3/Fe2O3 ultrafine powders were synthesized by laser induced vapor-phase reaction method, with an IR pulsed CO2 laser as light source and Fe(CO)5/O2 as reactant. This paper discussed the optimum experimental conditions and laser chemistry rules. IR, XRD, TEM and XPS were used to characteral the ultrafine powders. The experimental γ-Fe2O3 ultrafine powders and amorphous Fe2O3 ultrafine powders, the diameters of the γ-Fe2O3 ultrafine powders were in the range of 125-1000, while that of the spherical amorphous Fe2O3 ultrafine powders were in the range of 50-120. It was first observed that the shape of the crystalline γ-Fe2O3 ultrafine powders produced by laser vapor-phase reaction were not spherical, but regular polygon. The γ-Fe2O3/Fe2O3 ultrafine powders had a good catalogic activity and chemical selectivity for CO oxidation. Laser induced vapor-phase reaction method to synthesize iron oxide ultrafine powders can have a good prospect in industrial applications.
