【Abstract】 A circuit simulator for the transient analysis of VHSIC interconnects is introduced in this paper. This simulator is developed by adding the transient lossy transmission line model, shown in reference [l] to the well-know SPICE. With the recursive convolution of the model and the SPICE technology, this simulator is efficient, accurate and wide range applicable. The excellent performance of this simulator has been confirmed by the calculation of several practical VHSIC circuits.更多还原
