热浸镀ZA33-3/碳钢双金属界面特性的研究
Interface Characteristic of Bimetal of ZA33-3 and Steel in Heat Plating
【摘要】 研究了经熔剂法和钝化法预处理的碳钢热浸镀ZA33-3合金工艺及及ZA33-3/碳钢双金属界面特性。结果指出,两种预处理的碳钢均可涂挂上ZA33-3合金涂层,且界面处产生了Fe、Al、Zn等原子的互扩散,并形成了新的化合物相,双金属界面属冶金结合。
【Abstract】 Heat plating process of a bimetal of ZA33-3 and steel and its interface characteristic are studied.The results show that two steels pre-streated in fluxing or passivating can be cated with ZA33-3 alloy. The new compounds appear on the interface metallurgically combined as the mutaul diffusion of Fe, Al, Zn and other atoms.
