【Abstract】 The effects of preheatin temperature of granvles on the forming process of penetrating casting of foam Al-alloys around granules were systematically studied,The experiment vesults were theoretically analysed,it is considered that the higher the preheating temperatvre of granvles,The longer the valid length of penetrating of molten Al-alloys avound graules;and there is a decisive critical preheating temperature To for each granules-metal system;when the pveheating temperature of granules is between To and T E(Melt point of metal)The valid length of metal around granvles is longer enough.And also,The mechanism of pveheating of molten metal avound granules was analyzed and studied.更多还原
