蒸发硒化法制备CIS/CdS太阳电池研究
EVAPORATION AND SELENIZATION ON PREPARING CIS/CdS SOLAR CELL
【摘要】 用蒸发硒化法制作的基于CuInSe2(CIS)膜的CIS/CdS太阳电池,面积为0.1cm2和1cm2电池的转换效率分别达到7.62%和7.28%,5cm×6cm电池的平均效率达到6.67%。对制备工艺及关键技术、电池性能和退火效应进行了分析探讨。
【Abstract】 Using co-evaporation and selenization,the CIS/CdS solar cell based on CuInSe2(CIS) thin film was prepared. The conversion efficiency of the cells based on area 0. 1cm2 and 1cm2 reached 7. 62%, and 7.28%, respectively,and average conversion efficiency 6. 67%based on area 5cm×6cm was obtained. In this paper, the preparing technique and key technology,properties of the solar cell and the annealing effect are presented.
