带有内插棒的全玻璃真空管太阳热水器的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ALL-GLASS VACUUM TUBE SOLAR WATER HEATER WITH AN INSERTED ROD
【摘要】 对一种带有内插棒的全玻璃真空集热管和由其构成的热水器进行了实验研究。结果表明,该管热容小、启动快、传热和流动性好,热水器的热效率和热水利用率较高,防冻抗冻性能优良。
【Abstract】 new type of all-glass vacuum tube solar water heater with an inserted rod is proposed.The thermal behavior and anti-freezing capability of single tube and whole water heater are experimentally investigated.The results show that the vacuum tube with an inserted rod has.small heat capacity and thermal inertia with good heat conducting and flowing properties during heating process;and the solar water heater has rather high thermal efficiency and hot-water availability,and appropriate anti-freezing capability as well.
