溶液共沉型中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶的物理力学性能

【摘要】 研究了中试产品溶液共沉型中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(MVBR)物理力学性能,表明MVBR硫化胶具有优异的低生热性、耐磨性和耐热老化性;借助MAK-04型动态粘弹谱仪研究了MVBR的动态力学性能.表明MVBR生胶具有双峰的宽tgδ,玻璃化转变温度为-99℃和-15℃,与BR9000和SBR1502相比,在温度为0℃MVBR的tgδ高于BR9000和SBR1502,而在温度为50℃时,MVBR的tgδ低于SBR1502,而且稍低于BR9000,说明MVBR的抗湿滑性能优于BR9000和SBR1502,而滚动阻力却最小,即MVBR可实现高抗湿滑性和低滚动阻力的综合平衡。

【Abstract】 The physical & mychanical properties of coagulated polybutadiene rubber with medium vinylcontent(MVBR)in 50L caldron were studied which showed that MVBR vulcanizates had the excellent low heat - built up,the good wear resistance and heat - aging resistance.The dynamicproperty of MVBR was also investigated by MAK - 04 type dynamic viscoelatometer.The resultindicated that the raw MVBR had wider tga values with double peeks and that the Tgs were 99t and - 15℃,respectively.The tgo value of MVBR at of of the temperature was higherthan those of BR9000 and SBR1502,rbuubers while the tga value of MVBR at 50t of the temperature was lower than those of SBR1502 and BR9000, which showed that the wet -- skid resistance of MVBR was better than those of BR9000 and SBR1502, while the roll loss of MVBR wasthe least among the three kinds of rubbers.
