不同水温对文昌鱼性腺发育的影响

【摘要】 研究表明,不同水温对文昌鱼性腺发育分化和成熟有十分显著的影响。14℃对文昌鱼性腺(卵巢和精巢)发育没有显著的作用,20和25℃十分有利于性腺发育和成熟,经40d培养,出现一些雌、雄文昌鱼产卵和释精以及加速性腺发育。本文还讨论了水温促进性腺发育可能的机制。

【Abstract】 The obvious effects of different temperatures on gonadal development,differentiation amd maturation in amphioxus have been investigated in this paper. The results indicate that temperature at 14℃ on gonadal rudiment and the stage of testis Ⅲ shows no significant role,but induces slow development at the stage of ovary Ⅲ. At 20℃ and 25℃,two temperatures are very accelerative to the development of gonadal rudiment,and some males(the testis Ⅲ )and female(ovary Ⅲ ) amphioxus show spermiation and spawning as well as promotive development of gonads (ovary and testes) after 40 d of culture in the experimental room. Finally, the mechanism of role of temperature on the gonadal development and maturation in amphioxus is discussed.
