PAN基炭纤维微晶尺寸的准确测定及点阵常数、点阵畸变的研究
ACCURATE DETERMINATION OF THE MICROCRYSTALLITE SIZES AND STUDIES ON LATTICE CONSTANTS AND LATTICE DISTORTIONS IN PAN-BASED FIBRES
【摘要】 用单峰付氏分析法给出的PAN基炭纤维的微观结构参数La、Lc的准确数值比用Scherrer公式计算的结果偏大,并且随着热处理温度的提高这种趋势更加明显。实验中观察到乱层结构层面间距d(002),六角碳网面上的C-C键距a及晶格畸变〈ε_c~2〉、〈ε_c~2〉与微晶尺寸La、Lc之间均存在规律性的对应关系,对于产生这种现象的内在原因进行了初步讨论。
【Abstract】 The values of microskystallite dimensions,La and Lc,given by analysis of the line shape of one diffraction peak are greater than those of microsrystallite dimensions calculated by Scherrer’s formula,and the deviation is more obvious with increased heat-treatment temperature.Interlayer spacing(d002) of turbostatic structure .C-C bond length(a) on hexagonal carbon layer and lattice distortions(〈ε_A ̄2〉、〈ε_c ̄2〉) change regularly with increasing of La,Lc,and a preliminary discussion on the phenomenon is made.
