热缩聚煤沥青压型制备分子筛炭膜(Ⅱ)──液相碳沉积法制备分子筛炭膜

【摘要】 以一定浓度的酚醛树脂溶液对炭膜基板进行碳沉积处理,考察碳沉积条件对所制备的分子筛炭膜气体分离性能的影响。实验结果表明,较好的碳沉积条件为:碳沉积液浓度为60%,浸渍时间为120min,碳沉积次数为三次,热处理温度为700℃。此膜对CO和H有很好的分离作用,两者的透过速率分别为10-6和10-5cm(STP)/cm·s·cmHg数量级,分离系数可达17.8。初步研究结果表明,此膜对CO/O2、CO/N和CO/CH也有一定的分离能力,分离系数在6.0左右。

【Abstract】 A certain concentration of PF solution served as carbon material was used to manufacture carbon molecular sieve membrane.The effect of carbon deposition condition on gas permeability and selectivity through the membrane was investigated.The results show that the optimum carbon deposition conditions are as follow:the concentration of the solution, 60%(Vol); soaking time,120min, treatment number,3;heat-treatment temperature 700℃. The permeation rate of CO2 and H2 through the membrane is in 10 ̄(-6) and 10 ̄(-5) cm ̄3 (STP)/cm ̄2·s·cmHg order of magnitude respectively,the separation factor of H2 to CO2 is about 17.8.The preliminary results show that the membrane is effective for separating CO2/O2, CO2/N2 and CO2/CH4, the separation factor are about 6.0.
