新型直流电煅烧炉的设计

【摘要】 为了提高煅烧炭材料的煅烧质量,设计了一种新型直流电煅烧炉。该煅烧炉结构简单,投资省,电耗低,操作维修方便。其煅烧温度可达1700~2200℃。用它煅烧的无烟煤,粉末电阻率≤700μΩ·m,真密度≥1.84g/cm ̄3,石墨化度25~40%,电耗不超过800kW·h/t。详细介绍了这种煅烧炉的结构及使用效果,提出了存在的问题及改进措施。

【Abstract】 Abstract A new type of DC electric calcining furnace has been designed by Wuhan Iron & Steel Design & Research Institute in order to improve the calcining quality of the raw for producing carbon materials. The calcining temperature can reach 1700~2200℃. The furnace has several characteristics of simple constructure, easy operation and maintenance, less investment and low electricity consumption. Calcining anthracite with the furnace, the powder electric resistance is≤700μΩ·m and its real density is>1.84g/cm3, electric consumption≤800kW·h/t, The DC electric calcining furnace’s structure and using effect are introduced. It’s also given that what is the matter and how to deal with it.
