【Abstract】 The intest of this article is to present some points on how to itriprove management of document, especiviy on how to resolve the contradiction of need and supply under financial difficulties, from the aspect of the characteristics of duplicated newspeper document and the essential part it plays in today’ s advanced scientific filed.
