超临界二氧化碳萃取墨红花香气成分的研究

【摘要】 本文报导用超临界CO2萃取墨红花香气成分的研究,对萃取压力、温度从CO2流量与10种主要香气成分萃取率的关系进行了试验和分析。发现不同芳香物质的萃取动力学是不同的,因此实验条件影响萃取产物中芒香组分的相对含量,在21MPa,50℃和20ml CO2时,多数组分有较好的萃取率;当压力达35MPa时,可得到颜色很深的紫红色色素溶液。

【Abstract】 Extraction of fragrant components from fresh flowers of Crimson Glory with supercritical CO2 was studied. Actions of extraction pressure,temperature and CO2 volume on extraction efficiency were investigated. Extraction dynamics was found different for different fragrant compounds,therefore a process condition will decide the relative concentrations of fragrant constituentes existing in the extract. Under a process condition of 21MPa,50℃ ,and 20ml CO2,most of the main components were extracted almost completely. When process pressure reached to 35MPa,a solution containing dark violet-red pigment was got.
