扬声器方位角对探管传声器真耳测量的影响

【摘要】 在扩散声场中,应用探管传声器系统测量了15人30耳在扬声器分别取0°(参考点)、±15°、±30°、±60°和±90°各方位角(θ)时的真耳非助听响应。结果表明:各位置同参考点鼓膜处声压级之差随θ和测试频率而异,差异主要发生于θ>±30°和2kHz以上频率;如频率≤6kHz,θ在-30°~30°之间,则由于θ改变所致的误差可控制在3dB以内。由此认为,扬声器方位角是引起真耳测量结果变异的重要变量之一,临床声场测听和介入增益测试过程中,如参考点取0°方位角,则受试者头部容许的最大动度范围应严格限于±30°

【Abstract】 Real ear unaided response were obtained from 30 normal ears at 0°,±15°、±30°、±60°and±90° loudspeaker azimuths(θ) with probe tube microphone system.Sound pressure level(SPL) difference to the reference point was found to be the function of θ and stimulus frequency.Most of the difference appeared at θ above ±30° and at frequencies over 2 kHz.SPL variance was below 3 dB for frequencies equal to or below 6 kHz and θ between ±30°.The results suggest that location of loudspeaker is of very importance in real ear measurement.During sound field audiometry and hearing aid fitting,the subject’s head should be restricted within±30°.
