【摘要】 应用图象分析仪及抗氧化物酶活性检测方法,研究了PGE₂对LDL氧化修饰和巨噬细胞摄脂的影响。结果显示:1.氧化LDL组的LPO含量明显升高而PGE₂组明显降低。2.氧化LDL组的GSH-Px活性降低而PGE₂组明显升高。3.氧化LDL组的巨噬细胞含脂量明显高于PGE₂组。结果表明,PGE₂有明显抗LDL氧化修饰和防止泡沫细胞形成作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The protective and antioxidizing effects of PGE2 on O-LDL and maqrophages were studied by quantitative image analysis. The results indicated that the LPO content of O-LDL group was much higher .and was much lower in PGEz group .than the controls. The GSH-Px activity was much lower in O-LDL group and much higher in PGEz group than the controls. The lipid content of macrophage in PGEz group was much lower than that of the O-LDL group. The results confirmed that PGE2 had marked antioxidizing effects on LDL oxidation.更多还原
