【摘要】 测定46例小儿肾病综合征血脂6项,以24例健康儿作对照。结果发现:极期LDL-C（3.83倍）,T-Ch（2.95倍）、Apo-B₁₀₀（2.53倍）及TG均升高;而HDL-C及Apo-A变化则不显著（P>0.05）。缓解期上述4项血脂水平有所下降,但仍高于对照组,而HDL-C水平上升,有统计学意义。笔者认为,治疗本病应根据极期持续时间及血脂变化,适时适量采用降脂疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six kinds of plasma lipids were determined in 46 cases with nephrotic syndrome (NS) and 24 healthy children as controls. The results revealed that the values of LDL-C,T-ch, Apo-Bioo and TG in fastigium patients were signific antly higher than those of the control group (P<0. 01),about 3. 83,2. 95,2- 53 and 2. 47 times respectively,while HDL-C and Apo-A had no manifest differences (P>0. 05). In remission phrase,the levels of first 4 kinds were somewhat reduced,but still higher than normal levels,but HDL-C increased (P< 0. 05).The hypolipidemic therapy should be applied in NS children to correct plasma lipid abnormalities.更多还原
