【摘要】 本文对比观察了胆管减压、减压加氨苄青霉素和减压加活血清解灵三种治疗方法对ACST大鼠免疫功能紊乱的影响。结果表明,ACST大鼠MP分泌的TNFα、IL-1和IL-6显著增高（P<0.01）。采用不同治疗措施后,细胞因子水平均明显降低,中药组的作用效果最佳。ACST大鼠CD₃百分数较对照组显著增高（P<0.05）,但CD₄/CD₈比值明显降低（P<0.01）。不同治疗组CD₃均已恢复到正常,CD₄/CD₈比值也较造模组明显升高（P<0.01）。CD₄/CD₈的变化与T细胞分泌的IL-2水平不平行。造模组C₃、C₄及免疫球蛋白水平均较正常对照组明显增高（P<0.05,P<0、01）。在减压组和氨苄组中,仅减压组的IgA比造模组有所下降（P<0.05）。中药组的补体和免疫球蛋白均有明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article reported the observation on the effects of different managrneiU (Internal drainage of the CBS). The results showed that peritoneal macrophages (MP) obtained from rats with ACST presented hyperactivity with increased production of TNF.IL-1 and IL - 6 (p<0. 01 ), the cellular factors significantly deacreased after treatment, the effects of Chinese medicine group was the most obvious. Numbers of CD3 positive cells in ACST rats were significante higher than that of other groups, the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased obviously. The numbers of CD3 positive cells recovered after treatment, the ratio of CD4/CD8 was obviously increased. Activity of C3,C4 and level of IgM and IgA in model group were obviously higher than that of normal group, Houxueg-ingjieling could significantly improve the activity of complement and immunological proteins.更多还原
