【摘要】 从体内、外观察复方热毒清及其各单味药对内毒素的影响。结果显示：热毒清具有①体外能裂解大肠杆茵Ｏ１１１Ｂ４内毒素的网状结构；②体内能减少家兔内毒素性播散性血管内凝血肾小球微血栓的形成；③减轻内毒素引起的家兔发热反应，与模型组比较，均为Ｐ＜０．０１。而单味药中大青叶和鱼腥草只具有①②两项作用，金银花具有②③两项作用，蒲公英只具有第③项作用。表明复方的整体作用要优于各单味药。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Reduqing(RDQ),a traditional Chinese compound prescription,and each of its component herbs on the endotoxin were investigated in vivo and in vitro.The experimental results showed that RDQ had the effects of :(1)disintegrating the network structure of E. coli O(111) B4 endotoxin in vitro,(2)reducing the glomerultis fibrin microthrombosis in a rabbit model of DIC induced by endotoxin,(3)reducing the increasing of temperature in rabbits induced by endotoxin(P<0.01,compared with model group).By comparison, folium isatidis and houttuynis cordata thumb had effects(1) and(2);Flos lonicerae had effects(2)and(3);IIerba taraxaci had only effect(3).These results suggest that the effect of RDQ as a whole is stronger than that of any of its component herbs, which demonstrates that the composition of RDQ is adventageous.更多还原
