镁及甘氨酸对大鼠背根神经节神经元胞体膜谷氨酸受体亚型的作用
Different Effects of Mg ̄(2+)and Glycine on the Subtypes of Glutamate Receptor in Somatic Membrane of Neurons Freshly Isolated from Rat Dorsal Root Ganglion
【摘要】 应用全细胞膜片钳技术,证明大鼠背根神经节(DRG)中有70.3%的细胞对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)敏感,18.9%的细胞对红藻氨酸(KA)敏感,56.8%的细胞对使君子酸(QA)敏感,并观察到Mg(2+)及甘氨酸(Gly)仅对NMDA激活电流有影响,而对KA和QA激活电流无作用。
【Abstract】 The whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to record excitatory amino acid-activated currents in freshly isolated dorsal root ganglion neurons.It has been shown in the present study that there were different populations of neurons sensitive to N-Methy1-D-Aspartate (NMDA)(70.3%),Kainate(KA)(18.9%)and Quisqualate(QA)(56.8%)in dorsal root ganglion respectively,and different effects of Mg2+ and glycine on subtypes of glutamate receptor were observed.
