血蓝蛋白模型化合物的合成和性质
Synthesis and Properties of Hemocyanin Model Compounds
【摘要】 合成N,N,N1,N1-四(2-苯并咪唑基甲基)丁二酰胺(SDB)及Cu(Ⅰ)双核配合物,测定了红外光谱(IR)、电子光谱(UV/VIS)、电子顺磁共振谱(ESR)、电导、元素分析和循环伏安图(CV).UV/VIS谱和 CV图表明Cu(Ⅰ)配合物具有氧合作用,氧加合物的UV/VIS谱(570 um的εm=890 L·mol-1·cm-1,355nm的εm=16 637 L·mol-1·cm-1),与氧合血蓝蛋白相近,产物〔(Cu2(SDB)O2(CIO4)2·3H2O的分离进一步证明了氧加合物的存在.
【Abstract】 A new dinucleating ligand N,N,N’,N’ -tetrakis (2-benzimidazolylmethyl)-1, 4-malonyl diamide and dicopper (I) complex was prepared. The ’HNMR,IR, UV/VIS, ESR, conductivities, elemental analysis and cyclic voltamograms of these complexes were determined. The UV/VIS and CV spectra showed that Cu(I) had the reaction to oxygen of hemocyanin and that the dioxygen adduct had the charge transfer bands 570 nm, 355 nm which are similar to those of oxyhemocyanin. The dioxygen adduct [Cu2(SDB)O2)](ClO4)2·3H2O could be isolated from the solution.
