【Abstract】 Two hybrid cell lines that secreted monoclonal antibodies (McAbs)to human sperm were obtained by using hybridoma technique.All of the two McAbs showed positive reaction in the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and could significantly agglutinated and immobilize the human sperm.更多还原
