【摘要】 介绍适用于染整生产过程控制的多模态分段控制系统。系统的特点是根据误差的变化选择控制模态，有比例（Ｐ）控制，模糊（Ｆｕｚｚｙ）控制，比例积分（ＰＩ）控制．在生产过程中三种模态分段切换使用。本系统与常规ＰＩＤ控制相比较，其控制结果响应快、超调量小且精度高。除了染整生产之外．还可推广应用于其它行业的温度控制系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper describes a plenty modulus state parted control system for use in the dye finish production process. It has performance to select control modulus state by the error change of the system, proportion control, fuzzy control, proportion integral control switch for use. The system compared with common PID, the control result is fast-echo and high-exactitude. The system can also be applied temperature control system of other trade.更多还原
